Method of Reservation

Please inform each guests to call Marriott reservation line at 1-844-610-7857 and mention the group name to make sure they get the special group rate. (Please note of cut off date)

I have also provided the Marriott reservation link below. Simply “cut and paste” the link and include in your electronic correspondence with your guests. They will be directed to the Courtyard Irvine Spectrum page showing the negotiated rate code, choose the date of stay and fill out necessary required information online.

Billing

Each individual is responsible for all their room charges. A method of payment is required upon booking to secure their rooms. At check in, the final Method of payment will be collected for each room.

 

No Show Fee

Courtyard Irvine Spectrum sleeping room’s cancellation policy is two (2) days prior arrival date. To avoid cancellation penalty or no show fees, each guests must cancel their booking by calling the hotel or via online at Marriott.com or Bonvoy App in a timely manner.

The group contact must notify the hotel in advance if you no longer need the block of rooms. (Cancellation fee may apply based on type of agreement signed – please review your agreement).

 

Cut Off Date

As a reminder, your reservation cutoff date is 05/21/21.

Any reservations or changes made past the cutoff date cannot be guaranteed but will be accepted based on availability.

 

Parking

Self-parking is offered on property at the rate of $16 per night, per vehicle.
